Well, I made it to number 12 in this spooky little series. I just watched a bit on Night of the Living Dead (the original one, the only one really worth watching more than once), and I realized how much it influences my graveyard photographs. I like Paul Simon, but not everything looks worse in black and white.
I'm not sure what exactly happened to this image. It was one of four I took of these headstones, and three of the four look double exposed, even though I am quite sure I did not forget to wind the film in my Zero2000 pinhole,. This is the only one with the strange squiggles.
I have noted elsewhere that my roadside memorials and cemetery work has a higher than normal amount of weird effects. I will leave it up to my imagine - and yours, dear viewers - to contemplate that they mean. Just know that I never set out to intentionally create false images.
Farewell, Halloween 2013...til next year...
