When you look at as many images as I do everyday, you notice certain macro-trends. Like many, many other photographers, I am intrigued with shadows and juxtaposition and traipsing down alleyways to record them with my camera, on the discontinued Adox Silvermax 100 35mm film. I don’t know why, but the focus on shadows led me to half-remember the Woody Allen film, “Shadows and Fog,” which led me to a bit of dialogue from it:
(Unnamed) "What better way to; to spend the rest of my life than; than to help you with; with all those wonderful illusions of yours."
(Unnamed) "It's true. Everybody loves his illusions."
(Unnamed) "Loves them. They need them. Like they need the air."
